Poor and negligence service

I had my panel van serviced at Kohler motors Claremont in Jan that costed me over R4000 they never bothered to inform/ inspect my brakes, the very next day there was a huge noice and I took it back I was then told it's my power steering pump, they ordered the part and it was booked for replacement on 17-05, the same day when I got home there was a massive sound took it back and they were close, drove back home and the noise went away and I lost power steering, I then noticed the belt came off and that the pulley was loose, next day I was just told that someone forgot to torx the bolts and lock tight it, lost another day of income and when my wife ask for a report from Deon a email was just sent to say pulley missing, there service is beyond bad it's disgusting, I strongly suggest that innovation group remove them from there panel as a preferred service centre
