My sister and I visited the above mentioned spa, where the manager approached us and offered us a special of ten massages, as they needed to extra funds to facilitate their moving expenses. However, after purchasing these vouchers, the manager became pushy, rude and aggressive, changed the terms of the contract, provided us with below average massages, and also resorted to lying about the amount of massages that remained. Friends that accompanied me, vowed never to return there, and the overall experience was very unpleasant.
<p>Dear Readers, when I signed up with Storage Genie, I agreed to a five-month contract at a stipulated amount. However, after two months, they increased my premiums by 33 % without any notification. When I queried this, they indicated that they would refund me the excess amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>In order to protect myself, I blocked them from using a debit order on my bank account, and for the last month, they used my initial deposit. In attempts to retrieve the excess amounts that I was charged, I sent countless emails, made numerous phone calls, and even spoke to the manager in charge. After a countless amount of empty promises of having the additional money refunded, I can concur with previous emails, that Storage Genie Cresta does not refund your initial deposits, even though, their policy indicates that they will do so. I am terribly disappointed with the services offered by this company, and will not advise others to use their services. </p>
