After signing up with this college I have had absolutely nothing but trouble. I signed up and waited almost 2 months for my study material. I eventually got it, all that was received was a student card a pen, which didn't work and a USB which had over 4000 pages which I was supposed to study - I had no clue where to start, there is no support material and DONT even try ask the student support centre - its a waste of time. I eventually had enough if trying to get help after submitting assignments, trying to find out where to start etc so I told them I would cancel. They then wanted to charge me a 60% cancellation fee... so I opted to change my course to something super simple - they then wanted to change me 80% MORE than my cancellation fee and a simple English course would have cost more than my PR Diploma! I have now cancelled and paid my fee - I will NEVER EVER return to Intec and I warn everyone to not use this college. They are robbing people blind. I tried to contact the CPA, but nobody got back to me. I have reported them to multiple organisations, I am hoping someone will contact me.
I have complained about this at least three times now, so that is for 3 and now 4 MONTHS! I have seen absolutely no change, in fact its getting worse. The frozen food section at the PicknPay at Bright water commons is a disgrace. The fridges have cardboard in them to, I am guessing, try keep some cold air - this is clearly not working. There was 1 line of "frozen"chicken schnitzels, pork sausages and chicken breasts - the line was against the bottom of the freezer - the items were not frozen at all, in fact they were just about cold - those items where not rock hard and frozen but soft and squishy. The frozen vegetables & chips isle was packed to the top of the freezer but I once again found the "Frozen" items to be cold and soft. This could seriously make somebody sick, your items are defrosting and possibly being frozen again on a daily basis. The fridges are not being sorted out as your managers keep telling me they are trying to do. I have had the managers call me and say they are working on the fridges, well this is completely unacceptable and it cannot be safe to sell that food! Your "fresh" fruit and veg is also not chilled correctly. None of the fridges (apart from where the fresh fish is) are cold / frozen. We bought tomatoes last night, they are already going soft because your fridges are not keeping them cool and "fresh". We usually spend anything from R1200 - R1800 per month on our shopping at the Brigh****er Commons store, last night we spent R800.00 and walked out with half of our shopping which we will now need to do elsewhere. We have also decided that we will no longer shop at this Pick n Pay as I refuse to buy spoilt food because your store refuses to sort their fridges out! If your manager does call me, they will use once again the same excuse that the centre is building them a new store and they will then get new fridges - Sorry, but that is NOT good enough. There is no sign of a new store being built anywhere near that centre. I am done with that store and I am done wasting my money there for 90% of my frozen food, and fresh veggies to be going off as I am packing them into my fridge / freezer. I would appreciate somebody from PicknPay Head Office to pay the store a visit and see what a shambles it is. That store is giving all your other stores a bad name. Sort it out!
<p>I have tried to register my business with FNB as you advertise this service on your site.</p> <p>I made payment of my R125.00 in June and followed every single step as requested.</p> <p>I am still trying to get my company registered, I cannot get my website up as I do not know if this will be my company name or not... I also spent money which has almost been lost in the system.I have gone into the bank to be told they cannot help me.</p> <p>I recieve at least 2 sms's a week saying my registration is incomplete.</p> <p>If you cannot support and provide a service rather remove it off your site.</p>
<p>I complained via Facebook regarding your fridges in your Randburg (Brigh****er Commons) store. I made the complaint and had 1x manager try o contact me but I missed his call. I called back the next day and got another manager who didnt seem worried about my call. He just kept telling me they know they have a problem with their fridges and the center is building them a new store - So you will allow your products to defrost and refreeze daily and assit in making people sick? <br />I have picked up pork products, fish, chicken all from the frozen isle which is soft and squishy - pork sausages should be hard not soft.</p> <p>I will no longer be shopping in this store as the people who work there never smile, they have done nothing to fix their fridges and I refuse to pay money for items which are almost off becuase the store is warm, (fruit and veg dont do well with heat) the fridges are luke warm and your shelves are bearly packed!</p>
<p>I placed and paid for my orders in May 2017. I was told delivery would be June 2017</p> <p>I paid in cash for a sample jacket which I lost the order so as the clietn has been waiting sice May and lets fance it winter is almost over.</p> <p>To date - 02/08/2017 I have been begging, pleading, heck I have even threatend with legal advice and nothing.</p> <p>Megan is full of excuses and stories. There is always a reason she didnt come for the 20th day in a row. Her cellphone is always in for repair, her car is always breaking down, or she has had an accident for the thierd time in a month. Her driver didnt pitch up, her mom hasnt come home form work to deliver, my stock is with a family member??</p> <p>It is enough now. People need to know about this company and the poor quality as well as her poor customer service, well there is no service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been asking for details of where she stays, a collection address, the waybill number for my stock for days and she just avoids the questions and gets annoyed with the paying client who is wanting her stock as I have had to reimburse my clients because of her non delivery. </p>
