I have requested in writing on 26 June 2017 for MTN to cancel my broadband contract. To date I have been billed for this and now they are requesting me again to given written notice??!!! This is daylight robbery. Backwards and forwards emails from their retention department and customer care does not seem to be bothered at all.
Our company received an email from above company on promotional gifts. We enquired about the sweet tins and they were very quick to respond. They were also very quick with our branding and we placed an order. Well, I have followed up in October - still got a response to say it will be processed in November. November came, been told that I must refer to T&C's as it is a very busy time (although we have placed our order AND PAID!) in July already. Now, there is just no reply to any emails, phones seems out of order as no one can get through to them and no response to my request to cancel our order. Who else had the experience with this company? Please be aware!
<p>I have sent cancellation for one of the numbers on my contract to MTN on 8 January 2016. Got a response to ask why and I replied the same day. I provided all my details as requested by the consultant. In February 2016 I queried because I was still billed for this number on which I received a response that the termination date is 6 April 2016. Well, we are no in August 2017 and I am STILL paying for this number. I get absolutely no response to my queries and my emails all return - ********** is the address I have used all the time.</p> <p>Tried to complete their "complaint" form on their website but it would not submit.</p>
