QUALIPLAN CC **** SERVICE
I fail to understand what every complex build by QUALIPLAN CC is left with an over draft of water bill of about R900 000 , for example lotus heights is owing 900000 ,lotus rock is also owing 900000...never ever buy from QUALIPLAN CC ,bad service ,bad treatment for people ...u move to a new unit with a debt of R8 000 ..
