This is not very ethical
Discovery health is refusing to pay the complete anaesthetist bill for a PMB condition that they approved. They state that I used a non DSP. I did not choose the service provider and was only made aware of their costs the night before my early morning admission for surgery. I had no opportunity to make alternative arrangements as my surgery was critically important . The neurosurgeon involved was appointed to me in the ER room during my initial hospital stay. Discovery gap cover refuses to cover the shortfall as they say that it's a PMB condition. I'm now left with a bill of over R22k through no fault of mine.

Beware of ************ practices
Naked has increased both the premium and excess on a vehicle I've insured 3 months ago. They've also increased the excess and premium on my other vehicle cover, home contents cover and building cover. I have had zero claims. Why do they have the right to unilaterally increase your excess?... This is something that I chose at the policy inception and it is borders on being *****ulent or very poor practice for them to be constantly increasing the excess to whatever they feel like. 8 am shopping around currently and advise people not to fall for for the lower premiums they quote you, within a few months they'll increase everything!!!

Buying insurance is normally a painful experience, answering a thousand questions only to be given a ridiculous premium at the end. Naked is so much faster and efficient and absolutely great pricing to boot!!!. There is no other insurance company that comes close, and I've tried them all!!!

Phenomenal Service
Unbelievable service and performance from Rain 101 5g home internet. Signed up online, fetched router at store, internet setup and working like a bomb at home within the hour. Rain 5g speeds are consistently great at any hour of any day. Thank the internet God's for rain. I've had enough of the usual suspects and they empty promises with long term contracts

Miserable service
They have failed to deliver a door I ordered 4 times. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me, to which they agreed. Now a week later, they have not refunded me and are shipping me the door for the 5th time

What's going on
Failed to deliver my medication but sent sms saying delivered. Failed to call me regarding my query but sent sms saying we tried calling you. Looks they're in the business of lying to people rather than delivering medication

Terribly service
Short supp**** 1 of the 2 cameras I ordered. Now I have to make endless calls and queries to rectify their mistake. Many days later and I have no idea what's going on. Yet they have my money.

Refusing to cancel contract
Called in to cancel on 2nd May, was promised that it will be done. They could not provide a reference number. Called on 30 May to confirm, and it was not done. Instead I was being told not to cancel but to pay a reduced premium for 3 months. I've been forced to reverse their debit orders as they are downright refusing to process my cancelation request What a ***** of a company this is

What a pleasure it was to buy from Catfootware/Medicus shoes. Was updated constantly, great pricing and of course the quality of Cat shoes is unbelievable. I still have every single pair that I ever bought! The same cannot be said of most other brands
