Audi SA / Audi Polokwane – No Mobility Support While Vehicle Is in Their Care I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Audi South Africa and Audi Polokwane. My vehicle has now been with Audi Polokwane for just over three weeks due to an unresolved issue, and during this entire period I have been without transportation. Despite this extended timeframe, I have not been provided with any meaningful mobility assistance. I requested a courtesy vehicle, however I was informed that none are available and that this is “subject to availability.” No alternative mobility solution has been offered. As a result, I am left carrying the full inconvenience of being without a vehicle for an extended period, despite the matter being outside of my control. In addition, communication from Audi South Africa has been limited to telephonic discussions only, which lacks transparency and proper accountability. As a customer of a premium brand, I expect a reasonable level of support when my vehicle is in the workshop for an extended period. Simply advising that no vehicles are available, without offering any alternative solution, is not acceptable. I am requesting: - Immediate intervention from Audi South Africa - A practical mobility solution while my vehicle remains in the workshop - Clear and accountable communication At present, this experience falls far below the standards associated with the Audi brand.
