Worst service I have ever received! WSD made a lot of promises of providing clients of high standard and income. Setting up the appointments, as well as confirming the appointments and reschedules if necessary. They only confirmed about 5 out of the 18 set up. Have not rescheduled any appointments and have not replaced any appointments that were no shows/non-responsive, etc, as promised in their contract, I might add. They are useless with their admin and their responses to emails, complaints etc are disgusting to say the least. I have been an Advisor for 15 years and have had some bad runs with similar companies, but this has by far been the worst company I have dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!
I contacted the call centre on Friday 4/1/2019 to reconect my service, paid my reconnection fee etc. Emails flying back and forth and yet no response as to what is happening. Finally got told its a technical error and a technician would have to come out 3 - 4 days. I phoned yesterday to enquire about a time line, was sent from pilar to post, cut off twice and finally got told by a technical consulant he will call me back to confirm a time for the technician to come out. STILL NO CALL, STILL NO TIME LINE. Their service is absolutely SHOCKING!!!! I have just gone through some of the complaints on facebook and hellopeter.com and I'm shocked to see that it's actually a trend of theirs. They have/are installed all over the north, however they cannot seem to service customers after installation.
<p>I handed my BMW in for body repairs on 24 July 2017 around 4pm. Service consultant assured me the vehicle would be ready in 5 - 7 days and she would keep me informed. Not hearing from the service consultant at all, i phoned in on 1 August 2017 twice and left messages for her to phone me back. On 2 August 2017, i phoned in AGAIN as my call was not returned. After a long conversation and apology for not being in contact, she promised my car would be ready today (3 August 2017) and i can pick up at 9:30am.</p> <p> </p> <p>As promised my car was ready and i started inspecition. My entire front bumper had been horribly scratched, looks like someone drove into a pavement. I confronted them and they claimed it was there when the car was delivered, the damage did not happen on their property. The Service Consultant and her Relations Manager proceeded to show me photos that were taken when the vehicle was delivered. The date and time on the photos were 25 July 2017, 11:13am. I handed my vehicle in the previous day around 4pm, as mentioned above. This means my car has been on their premises for around 19 hours before they took my 'delivery' pictures.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am exceptionally pedantic over my car and should I, by any chance, have caused them, they would be fixed immediately. This can only mean that the damage was caused on their premises and they are trying to hide it with a 'delivery' picture.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Relations Manager, in a condescending tone, then agrees to fix the vehicle at their cost as, and i quote "you have a point" (referring to the timeline). And promises me that the vehicle will be ready for collection today at 4pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>As i get into my rental the Relations Manager gets into MY car and speeds off like its a racing track. I ofcourse get out of the rental and have words again with the Service Consultant.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service i received since day number one was not only COMPLETELY unacceptable but exceptionally unprofessional. I will NEVER take any vehicle back to Lyndhurst Auto Approved Repair Center. The manner in which this entire matter was dealt with is SHOCKING.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this matter further!</p>
