Santam delivers consistently! I am extremely happy with all aspects of Santam's service. From the time that I expressed interest in taking a policy with them to the way that claims have been settled, assures me that I have the right insurer in my corner. Unlike other "cheaper" insurers, Santam doesn't look for reasons to repudiate claims. If anything they bend over to service their clients. Take a bow, Santam...you're my heroes!
It is seldom that one finds an organisation that makes life convenient for its customers...Santam is one of the very few companies that delivers seamlessly and effortlessly. A recent claim involving damage piping in our plumbing system was reported, processed and the go-ahead given within ONE working day! At no time did I feel that Santam's representative was in any way looking for reasons not to honour my claim. So glad that I have an insurer that has my back...Megan Sampson, you're a true ambassador of your company!
My chronic meds increased from R435 in August to R610 in September…I.e. a 40percent increase! When querying this I experienced nothing less than a “take it or leave it” response. Making a profit is fair, but how can anyone justify 40percent?
What an exceptional service provider. My entire experience with Julie Netmann and her team has always been of the highest standard. Everything is hassle free and they’re always willing to help. Do yourself a favor and deal with this practice
Anele and his team provided us with very good service when he installed our camera system. His workmanship was neat and the team tidied up after the work was done. The system was setup first time and works without any hiccups. I’d definitely recommend him
It appears that ADT Security adopts suspect business practices when their customers terminate their contracts. On Sunday 1 November 2020 we gave ADT Security one month’s notice of termination. Yesterday we received a telephone call from someone asking for reasons [and that’s fair enough]. The next part of the conversation becomes interesting when the ADT rep informed us that he was sending a technician to collect the alarm system. Fortunately we kept our correspondence and payment documentation that proves that we had paid for the alarm system. It makes you wonder whether this is standard practice or whether ADT takes a chance and gets away with paid-up alarm systems. This is clearly a case of one division of the company being in the dark.
The continuing saga with my bank account looters - no sooner have I posted a complaint against MTN, that they debit my account with R675. How on earth is this amount calculated on a contract whose principal amount is R229? A further warning to not sign debit orders with MTN. Don’t give them access to your bank account, you’ll be sorry!
When people balk at the price of Le Creuset products, they should consider this story: A while ago I went to Le Creuset in Sandton City with a skillet that dropped. A small chip broke off the side and I enquired as to whether it could be repaired. A young lady asked me to wait while she made enquiries as to how she could assist me. A short while later she arrived with a NEW skillet that was the uprated version of my original skillet - no questions asked, no explanations required. THAT is true customer service.
MTN! This is an organization that turns into Dr. Jekyll when you get to the end of a contract. I’ve been surprised by unanticipated charges now that I want to cancel my contracts that are at the end of term and no longer required. What I fail to understand is why MTN’s business model is to fleece it’s customers at the end of the “relationship“. Do they not realize that this practice does not encourage any future dealings?
