I took my Honda Jazz in two months ago to identify why it was not accelerating as fast as it had previously. The manager told me it was most likely the spark plugs and the coils and that he would replace both.

I received my car back 25 days later. The secretary could not print an invoice for me as she wasn't sure what the manager wanted to put on it although she knew the total amount he wanted to charge. This sounded quite suspicious so I decided to come back later when the invoice would be printed. She phoned me to let me know that everything was ready although when I got there it was the same story as before, she could not issue an invoice. I really needed the vehicle so I paid and she assured me she would send the invoice via email.

Two months later I still hadn't received the invoice and the car had been recalled for its airbags. This time around another secretary helped me and printed a receipt. They had charged me over R11000 and assured me that the spark plugs had been replaced. It turns out the spark plugs had never been replaced, they had kept my car for over 25 days, returned it dirty and tried to hide the lie by not issuing an invoice. I am now looking for a dealership I can trust.
