<p>VODACOM has just given us constant issues!!!!!</p> <p>We took out an upgraded contract around April of this year (2017). With our last contract we were advised that the cell phone insurance with cell phone companies is expensive and there fore it would be better to cancel the insurance and put the phones on house hold, which is what we did. Upon taking out our new upgrade all of a sudden we had insurance again! </p> <p>we told the consiltants that we didnt want the vodacom insurance as the families phones are on household insurance. When i recieved my first invoice i was chanrged for insurance, then i called vodacom and they said that the insurance was cancelled on one side of the system but not the other, the consultant then said he had sorted out the issue and the amount was refunded but then today i get my invoice and AGAIN i was charged for insurance. I called Vodacom and they were LESS THAN HELPFUL!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service!!!</p>
