<p>No service for a month now, we had a fault with our landline at home .logged it with Telkom , they sent a contractor after a while the contractor said it is fixed but we need to call telkom so that they can give us the dialing tone. Called telkom and they sent a tech who then came tried to assist and after failing said that we must phone telkom and tel them to send the contractors back as they did not finish thier job. I cant understand why we should we be running after telkom in this manner. when it comes to paying our monthly charges ,we very faithfull and now when its time for telkom to assist ,they are not interested. we are very unhappy and consider taking our business elsewhere </p>
