Vodacom has no idea what the concept of "customer service" entails. I cancelled my contract two months ago, in line with their requirements. They have refused to take their last two debit orders due to there being "no money in account" which is a fat lie. And I can prove this by giving them my bank statement, now they are adding their own penalties. The statement I received this month says that I'm in arrears with R188, YET they deducting almost R500 from my account and i can't remember the last time I received my airtime from them. Vodacom's consultants are incompetent and keeps putting me through to different departments, on two occasions, I had the consultant drop the call in my ear. I want to be done with this contract and I want PROOF - in the form of a letter - that my contract has been cancelled. I will never in my life support this network again - you think robbing innocent people is a joke!

Jackson hall in grandwest should really try to do something about the attitudes of their staff. Its such a lovely place but their staff sours the whole experience. They are unfriendly and explicitly show that they hate their jobs... its so difficult to draw their attention for a menu or to ask a question. They make you feel like you are a burden by rolling their eyes at you when ask them a question. They are disorganised in the way that they seat people (people who wait in the waiting area). I waited for 2 hours to be seated; while people who arrived after me got seated first. Definately not the experience you are looking for on a night out with friends.
