I requested a downgrade in September 2022, due to financial changes. It is now January 2023, and still paying the same premium. Downgrade shows as pending. Phoned twice, no luck, when I asked what the reason is for downgrade not happening, the consultant said "unfortunately there is no reason". I am cancelling now.
<p>WEB9 sends unwanted emails. At the bottom of the mail it says 'Not interested? Click here to stop these messages', but if you do, you open the website. I have blocked them, but the emails are sent from different addresses, so they simply keep coming. Where can they be reported, and how can they be stopped?</p>
