I have been in contact with Adele from the Spa since last week Thursday. I was told to send an email to confirm what we had discussed over the phone, namely that i needed space for 4 ladies (one of which is a bride to be) for the 16th of September, which i did. I was informed that they could only help us from 2pm onwards and agreed that it would be OK - we could look at staggering the treatments since there are only 2 the******s. Since then i have tried to get hold of Adele, following up daily. Finally today was informed that they are fully booked - WOW. I cannot even express my disgust at the level of service I received. They have left me in a huge jam, as I now need to try and re-plan the Bride to be's weekend away.
<p>ABSA on their website guarantees that you can get your Smart ID in less than 30min "Get your Smart ID card at Absa in less than 30 minutes" - what an absolute heap of nonsense. Do yourselves a favor people and go to the DOHA or ask a friend that has an FNB account to do it through him/her. I sat there for 30min only to be informed that ABSA was offline again. I question whether or not ABSA is ever online.</p> <p>ABSA’s Smart ID process is NOT working to say the least. I suggest you save yourself the frustration.</p>
