They offer poor services, they don't have a sanitizer onboard, when the inspector by the name of Gwangwa requested to examine my ticket I asked where was his sanitizer he verbally abused me by swearing "ska ntwaela masepa , o nagana gore o betere wena" in his exact words basically saying I am too forward and think I am better than everybody else onboard, when I called the manager to report the incident he dismissed me by saying I am more than welcome to report the matter at the nearest police station.it is very frustrating and Inferiorating and degrading women and customers in general, he must be called to order.
Hi Guys, I have had the most pathetic service from ABSA, after my dads passing I went into one of their branches , as he had had a will with them, the consultant at the branch has been nothing but helpful, problem is with the will's department, they send you from pillar to post, in between their contact centers, they aren't well trained and lack information, no turnaround time, to cut it short it had been 4month now and i got a call once from some people I even know in Pretoria and they never got back to me, asked for my email information ,details and that was then. they better pull up their socks luckily my personal will is with another institution
