Busdriver 17170 is a reckless driver almost smash us agains another bus ,, and 17170 is not even keeping to the speed limit Incident happend on thursday at rustenburg at the villages before the sun city crossing

Good day It’s very unfortunate and disheartening that everyday we experience bad service by your particular driver. He has been leaving people for a mere fact that they have R50,R100 or R200 while he has enough petty cash to use as change. People use the bus as a sole means of transport, when he leaves them behind how does he expect them to get to their destinations? Not only is his service bad but he is also always late and responds with attitude when advised to be on time. The bus concerned is B5622 in the morning and in the evening is B5625. This cannot be the service rendered to paying commuters who use their hard earned money. Please deal with this decisively and give feedback Regards

They offer poor services, they don't have a sanitizer onboard, when the inspector by the name of Gwangwa requested to examine my ticket I asked where was his sanitizer he verbally abused me by swearing "ska ntwaela masepa , o nagana gore o betere wena" in his exact words basically saying I am too forward and think I am better than everybody else onboard, when I called the manager to report the incident he dismissed me by saying I am more than welcome to report the matter at the nearest police station.it is very frustrating and Inferiorating and degrading women and customers in general, he must be called to order.

We have been complaining about our skof 35 it's a 17:30pm rustenburg to ledig since 2020 sometimes it comes sometimes it doesn't because the bus has mechanical problems and we are always suffocated with smoke that bus has this has been reported to the bojanala offices but absolutely nothing no one is accounting or doing anything about this matter ,then you try to get into other busses that pass in Ledig then the drivers of those drivers are extremely rude they'll tell you they are going far you must go find another bus as if you didn't buy the bus ticket you we've reported this and absolutely nothing is been done about it zilch when you get to the little office they have at the rank to try and report that a driver who passes in Ledig didn't want you to get in the bus you get a very rude and arrogant Tshepo Sikhosana who will shout tell you the driver is right he is going far you should not get into the bus that passes your area,He definitely acts like that because he knows no one will correct or reprimand him everyone from Bojanala is very very rude they answer you like they own that company and you'll never hear of action or discipline , they don't have any SLAs at all nor know what is customer service,in the morning as well these busses passes Ledig and they'll pass you as if you asking for a free hike or not going to work, I ask myself who's the HR who hires coz ey it's like he/she or they check how rude you are before they hire you I don't think you'll be successful if you kind those people lack humanity and kindness
