It’s very unfortunate and disheartening that everyday we experience bad service by your particular driver. He has been leaving people for a mere fact that they have R50,R100 or R200 while he has enough petty cash to use as change.
People use the bus as a sole means of transport, when he leaves them behind how does he expect them to get to their destinations? Not only is his service bad but he is also always late and responds with attitude when advised to be on time.
The bus concerned is B5622 in the morning and in the evening is B5625. This cannot be the service rendered to paying commuters who use their hard earned money.
Please deal with this decisively and give feedback
