The service at the Mankwe Steers is not up to a customers expectation. On 2024/06/27 we placed an order at 12:20 for our order to only arrive at 14:20 after we made numerous calls to find out what the delays is about. Today 2024/06/28 we placed an order at 10:00 and at 12:23 when we call again we are told that the order is on their system but they can’t process it. Two days in a row and the service is getting worse by the day. I will never recommend or use the store or any of the franchise stores again because customer service is a foreign term to them.
The site claims that withdrawals are processed in 24 hours. I made 4 withdrawals on Thursday morning and only one is processed. I make a withdrawals with the following sequence R100 (05:50), R200 (06:36) and R200 (07:06) and none of those withdrawals are processed yet the 24 hour provision has passed.
I placed an order at 11:40. At 11:50 I received a message that my order has been delivered, this obviously is not a true reflection. At 12:10 the driver called me asking for directions and it’s still took him over 30 minutes to deliver to a +-2km trip
Good day It’s very unfortunate and disheartening that everyday we experience bad service by your particular driver. He has been leaving people for a mere fact that they have R50,R100 or R200 while he has enough petty cash to use as change. People use the bus as a sole means of transport, when he leaves them behind how does he expect them to get to their destinations? Not only is his service bad but he is also always late and responds with attitude when advised to be on time. The bus concerned is B5622 in the morning and in the evening is B5625. This cannot be the service rendered to paying commuters who use their hard earned money. Please deal with this decisively and give feedback Regards
I came into the Phokeng Mall Pep Cell store trying to pay my DSTV account. I had my ID number,customer number and card number but that was deemed not sufficient enough by a consultant by the name of Tshepo. He said he needs to scan my ID or he needs a previous payment slip. Your website clearly that the documents I had were sufficient. This is appalling service
I made a purchase on 7 January and a higher amount was charged for my purchase. I was advised that the funds take 3-10 days to be refunded. Over 10 working days have passed and I am yet to receive my funds. Truly disappointing
Good day I refer to the above incident number which was generated yesterday. A consultant by the name of Reon Schlosz responded to my email with nothing but half baked apologies. The consultant also asked for my account number and contact details, what is said is that nothing was done to address my concerns and to the moment I am get to receive further correspondence. At 14:10 I also called 0860 102 043 to find out if all issues at the Columbine Square Branch are resolved. I spoke to a consultant called Mzamo who said they cannot check for me but I must rather contact the branch myself to check if they are up and running. He gave me contact number 011 680 1345/1345 which bothe have gone unanswered for over 15 minutes.
This is now the second review after the first one was removed. I made several withdrawals on Saturday morning of the 4th September. After that Betway acknowledged that and sent an email confirming that my funds will be in the account shortly. It is now Monday 16:30 and the funds are yet to be credited to my account. I then used their in chat and communicated with a consultant by the name of Rito who said that they do not do withdrawals on weekends which is contrary to what I have experienced before as I have made weekend withdrawals before and received funds into my account then.
I made several withdrawals on Saturday 4 September and at 17:00 I received an email confirming that an amount of R332 was processed and my money will reflect in my account shortly. It’s now over 48 hours and the money is not yet to reflect in my account. A consultant by the name of Rito has the audacity to lie and say payments are not processed on weekends while I have previously withdrawn on weekends and received my money this is really appalling service from this entity.
The company has not fulfilled their undertaking to deliver on time and do not bother to communicate with clients
