This company is a complete ****! They have never delivered my order despite having paid them over R5k for chairs and a table. That was in April. Once I had paid they stopped answering calls and WhatsApps and have now changed their numbers. They have no website and you can no longer find them on Facebook where their original ad appeared. I am prepared to bet money that all the glowing reviews about them are **** reviews.
<p>We purchased a cell phone online but PayFast failed to send any proof of payement to me and to Take A Lot. After many emails to PayFa[r]t and Take A Lot, and still no formal response, we arrived to collect the phone with proof of payment from Standard Bank. Two hours later we are typing this from Take a Lot's computer because we are STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE. Don't be Taken In A Lot by the term "care centre". THEY DO NOT CARE. And the call centre is not attached to the collections centre except by name. We had to literally threaten to camp out at collections before our complaint was "escalated" to a supervisor and I manged to get his cell phone number. THE ONLY HELPFUL HUMAN IN THIS ENTIRE EMPIRE GOES BY THE NAME OF BONAMOSES KALAMBA SIMBI!!! He is the only person to have gone out of his way to resolve this....YOU ROCK MOSES!!!!</p>
