called in on the 20th because my app has'nt been updating , was told my tracking device is faulty and would have to pay R600 to repair it , how ? how is this my fault coz i didnt not do anything ? was told to refer to the T's & C's. called back again on the 21 spoke to Chris from customer who was so rude speaking over me i eventually asked to speak to a manager was told Kim Adams would call me , im still waiting for that call ! how am i liable to pay for something i have been paying monthly for 3 years without fail , but because now its malfunctioning its my fault and referred to the T's and C's! i have a feeling im not the only person they do this to, after sometime its starts to malfunction then they ask customer to pay for a repair because apparently you were supposed to call in ever 3 months to check if your device is working, something that AGAIN i was not made aware of! total **** !!
<p>I purchased a Hyperli voucher on Friday the 11th of Aug for Sunday the 13th , my boyfriend called on Sunday Monday to explain that we were getting lost<br />To my surprise , he was told my name was not the list , I then decided that I will give the lady that I spoke to on Friday a call to find out what exactly happened.</p> <p>Monday morning I called and spoke to Kyler who the referred me to Henny , I called Henny who then told ,me that my name was on the list and unfortunately my voucher has been forfeited!<br />2 different stories were given to us even after I was the one who called Friday to make sure that everything was prep’d because we were gon drive from joburg.</p> <p>Im not happy with Aqua Lounge Service at all !</p> <p> </p>
