We are a small business and did some work for Hybrid Africa vir a TLB on various sites. The owner Hendrik Byleveld refuse to answer our phone calls and emails for over a month now regarding their outstanding invoices. Its been months now and we have decided to take legal steps. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!
Our company V&S Bouers (PTY)LTD ( ********** 28307) has been blocked due to the Deregistration of the Company by SARS. When I want to upgrade my business contract with MTN, they told me they can't upgrade because of the block on the account. I have sorted it out with SARS and mailed all the relevant documents to Transunion Credit Bureau. Firstly they gave me the wrong email address and after two weeks and lots of phone calls it was mailed to the correct department. Ever since then it was a struggle to get them to do their work. We are still blocked. I have mailed Moly Perumal on the 3rd August asking her to upgrade the status. She replied that they have problems with their system and will redo it. She even send me a report that the company is unblocked. But we are still blocked on their system, confirming this status by their customer department. You never get Molly on the phone, she doesn't reply to my emails. I have mailed her on the 11, 14 and 15th August asking her to upgrade her system. And with this bad service I can't upgrade my contract with MTN. I have phoned customer care @ Transunion, asking to speak to a supervisor. They are always busy or in a meeting , you never get anyone to help you or phone you back. I am so frustrated. Molly Perumal, Information Clerck Commercial.
