We supp**** Grounded @ Echo with product. We had changed our banking details and it was written clearly on the invoice. They paid two invoices into our previous bank account which was closed. The money was returned to them - but they refuse to pay the outstanding balance into our new bank account. They now have 3 invoices outstanding and I can get no response from Jason as to when payment will be made. The amount adds up to over R5k.
I ordered the 4-in-1 ReviveSculpt Skincare Bundle on the 23rd of November. Paid for it on Payfast, received a confirmation email and money was taken off my card…. But since then NOTHING. No product, no feedback- just deathly silence. So mad at myself for trusting the site. Contacted another buyer who at least received her product but when it stopped working after 4 months Revitalyse did not respond to any of her queries.
Hi, I have phoned practically every MTN store around Pretoria in order to upgrade my phone to the Samsung Galaxy S8 (which is not the problem) - but in the July 2017 edition of the Y'ello deals there is an offer to pay R130 p/month free and then receive the Samsung Gear 3 watch as part of the deal. Nobody has stock. MTN Direct does not have stock. MTN online does not have stock. Nobody knows when the stock will be arriving because there is apparently a "warehouse" problem. This is unacceptable and very pathetic. I have put my name on waiting lists.... but nobody can guarantee that the promotion will still be available. What now?
