Once bitten, twice shy. This is our experience we're going through ordering (what we thought) a new oven. Turns out, *first oven was used* (it arrived in cling wrap) when we unpacked it it had old burn marks on the bottom of the oven. A week later, oven #2 arrives, with dirty marks in the back and bottom – USED! After speaking with the sales person the 2nd time, they came back apologising – the oven we waited a week for, was returned to them. So instead of us getting a NEW oven we got a ****py used one AGAIN. There doesn't seem any urgency from Caldis – we've waiting 2 WEEKS for an oven. What will it take to get a NEW OVEN DELIVERED SOONER? Terrance Hout Bay
