I had to phone twice - a week apart - before they gave me a day and time to come and fix the problem with TV reception. I stayed in all day and they never arrived. No call to explain or re-book and it is now 2 days later. If this is the way they do business thank goodness they did not touch my TV system.
After a battle with cancer, drs, , hospitals, GEMS etc the thought of trying to claim money back from Stratum Benefits filled me me trepidation. One phone call to ask what I must do, filled in the forms, sent them in and 2 days later the assessment was in my inbox. Fantastic Stratum! A note: if you do the forms correctly and clearly after reading the instructions you will also feel as proud as I feel to be part of Stratum Benefits.
