I have ordered and paid for 2 dress 2 months ago and have still NOT recieved my order! There is no communication. Now they deny me making a payment so my order has still not been couriers! Please HELP ME! Order number is LYH00057075
Dear sir/ madam It has become evident to me yesterday that my Vodacom account has been hacked and that someone has committed fraud on my account by purchasing 3 additional phones via Vodacom Direct. This correspondence serves to inform you that I have not given permission to any person or company or signed any documentation to upgrade my existing contract, account number I ********** -4, model H2-3E4K9 contact number ********** 079 which is a 1GB MBB 24 month Top up account. My concern is that people out there have access to my personal information and banking details which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. On the 15th of August 2017 two amounts of R266,54 and R1653,96 respectively were deducted from my account without my permission. I furthermore fear being blacklisted as I have instructed my bank to reverse charges for this month. I have been informed by a consultant at Vodacom shop in Greenacres yesterday, Reference number 1- ********** ********** that the contact numbers of the three phones purchased without my knowledge are as follows: 1: ********** 469 2: ********** 937 3: ********** 888 Attached, please find copies of my Identity Document as well as an affidavits stating the above.
