Disgusting service. Don't buy from them. I ordered for R600. Was sent wrong order. And now they refuse to answer my calls or message. ****ming people
I have a contract with Telkom. I wanted to add a new line about 2 months back, sent a query via the online portal and only got a call from them after 2/3 weeks. By then was annoyed and didn't bother taking the new line. Today I receive an sms saying my due for an upgrade. I need a laptop for my business . So I go online and submit my application for the upgrade. I thought about the last time so just decided to call them instead, after 30min of waiting I cut the call. Really!!!! I always get digustin service from telkom. They don't ever worry about their clients. They act as if they are doing us a favour. My contract will end in December. I would rather go back to Vodacom who i was with for almost 9 years and never had a problem with. Pathetic
