Exceptional Service from Bean To Cup
Came across Bean To Cup while looking for a Jura coffee machine. At first I was skeptical until I called them and had a few words with them. They guided into choosing the right machine for my needs and they answered every question I had, I was surprised about how informed they were, which is refreshing in today's times. Exceptional service, quick delivery and amazing customer support. Keep up the good work gents.

Incompetent Staaf, late delivery
Took and hour for the food to get delivered to us , ordered at 19.15 food only got delivered at 20:16, we called to ask about the food we were told they would call us back , 10 minutes later and no call back , we had to call them . On answering the call the woman behind the desk was very incompetent and asked us for the delivery guys number , we were told they would compensate us and when they were asked how they could not answer, pizza was badly damaged in the box.
