Booked vacation,
I booked in Feb 2020 for accommodation under Safari at Waterford self catering guesthouse. When we were about to go, thus when our country went into lock down. Waterberg notified us that will rebook once we are out of lock down Or they will refund. I agreed on a refund I have tried several times to contact them, no response. We didn't enjoy the vacation, no refund and they are mum Please help

Messed my car
It started when I took my car a Peugeot 307 2.0 2003 xs to JCD on the 18/08/2017 for diagnosis.the car was showing airbag fault, air pollution fault and automatic gearbox fault. The reason for taking it there was that it just came back for repairs as the people there are claiming that, they did repair it. JCD diagnosed it on the 18/08/2017 and verbally they said is a Computer box problem. I asked for a print out and they said their printer is not working. Then I told a lady by name of Ilze that I want a printout. So she agreed that I can bring it next Friday. I did not manage to go next Friday. Thus then I went on the 1/09/2017 where they messed my car. They took it in for diagnosis. Afterwards a technician called me to explain what was wrong and gave me the printout. I went to my car, started it, to my surprise now the steering is hard,tried to turn the wheels, still hard. I came out, alert the lady and she called their driver by name of Jacob to take it back for a check. He was so amazed ,why now is hard. They took it in ,in less 10 minutes,,one man,called him Uncle, told me that my has a power steering problem. So is none of their ,I must take the car out of their place. So I asked how come my car came for diagnosis now is ****ed up. At that moment is not moving, it shows more faults, ABS,brake, ASR and ESR..and flashing a STOP in the screen. I pleaded with to keep it for me until the morning, he agreed. While busy calling someone to come pick me up he came to me and the managers say I must pay R200. Otherwise they gonna push it out of their gate, to the veld And it was getting already late, I waited outside, trying to connect someone to come unstuck me... My concern is I paid for the service and was treated like they were doing me a favour and now they ****ed my car. My question is what did they do to my car????
