The KZN eThekwini tourism office in Bothas Hill is unhelpfull and rude and the tourism guide lists incorrect information on addresses and opening hours of loactions. On 17 March 2025 we visited Bothas Hill. Prior to our visit we researched locations online. The first two locations were closed. We the stopped at the eThekwini tourism office at Bothas Hill. Firstly the employees were rude and did not greet us and even when inquiring about possible alternative sites and restaurants to visit. Once I again asked if they can help me one lady directed us to the furthest location on the route - which turned out to be closed! eThekwini - Please educate and train your staff on tourism etiquette and fix your tourism guide to reflect correct attraction information

How am I supposed to use the travel and tourism services after university and after work if the banking and financial services don't work? I cannot book and pay for the flights and the accommodation provided by any flights and or airline companies because the the financial services offered by the local and or international banks are not self service and just decline with insufficient funds errors. This is extremely distressing!! I have been sending emails since last year in August to set up an appointment to get graded but have had no response. NOW THEY WANT TO CANCEL our membership, when in fact we have been begging to get graded and are happy to be graded at any time. NB when I call your landline 0118953000 I get a voice message detailing your office hours and prompting me to call back during office hours, it is 11:05 which is most definitely within office hours!! There is absolutely NO WAY to contact these people!!! Please contact us on 0114637443.

I booked in Feb 2020 for accommodation under Safari at Waterford self catering guesthouse. When we were about to go, thus when our country went into lock down. Waterberg notified us that will rebook once we are out of lock down Or they will refund. I agreed on a refund I have tried several times to contact them, no response. We didn't enjoy the vacation, no refund and they are mum Please help
