Best service I have experienced in my life

I ordered a Bongalong on the website, and someone phoned me to confirm everything and talk me through it, with in an hour I had my tracking details and the parcel was on its way, two days later when it had not arrived, because the courier messed up, I phoned them and asked what now. They then immediately had another one sent on over night and that one arrived the next day in perfect condition! And I can tell you after smoking a Bongalong you will never smoke anything else again :)
