Scam website
Absolutely dissapointed with the service. I ordered a present for a friend, made the payment, and they never came back to me regarding information with my order, basically they stole the money. I left them emails and messages, but no reply. Stay away, this is a scam website that should be investigated and taken down.

Great service, good people, rad products.
Bongalong is always super happy to make sure their clients get what they asked for and more. Their delivery time is incredible, their customer service is great, and they make the best bongs around.

Best service I have experienced in my life
I ordered a Bongalong on the website, and someone phoned me to confirm everything and talk me through it, with in an hour I had my tracking details and the parcel was on its way, two days later when it had not arrived, because the courier messed up, I phoned them and asked what now. They then immediately had another one sent on over night and that one arrived the next day in perfect condition! And I can tell you after smoking a Bongalong you will never smoke anything else again :)

Disappointed.
<p>Sadly I no longer support this business and have avoided making new purchases.</p> <p>I have bought two bongs from this person, the first was great, the second I assumed would be the same. But this time it was heavy, smaller, had an awkwardly placed clutch hole which was unrealisticly large sized, big enough to stick my finger inside, and a new type rubber around the pipe, all of which I thought were serious downgrades. </p> <p>I expressed my concern over the changes to the owner, and he promised to make me a new one more like the previous one I had bought.</p> <p>It has been many months now has and he has not fulfilled his promise. I am friends with someone he knows, so if he had lost my number it would have been easy to find me again so that would not be an excuse.</p> <p>I am just disapointed and struggling to sell this thing because I really don't want it.</p>
