Awesome place, great stuff and awesome service without a certain guy that I'll assume that he's the owner, because he assumed that I was black and I was going to "let it slide" I'm there almost every week, I enjoy the food, the drinks and the service. Tonight because I'm the only black person in the establishment I'm told that I cause trouble all the time, meanwhile they got my drink incorrectly. This establishment is sponsored by "elof brandy" and after drinking a couple of your own favorite bandy this idiot wants to force that "elof" down your throughout. I'm never, ever going to that ****** joint. I would rather go to a place that refers to Chuck as T-bone. SA has no place for ******s. I want to add his face, but the app won't let me.
FNB has started claiming that I am doing transactions on my account with no funds. I can state that is bull**** because i cannot even buy for R5 if my account is on zero. The funny part is when salaries are deposited and as usual i do my normal payments my account shows that there is available funds and when i check the statement history it shows that I am on Negative. All of a sudden I money having left my account without any notification and this Charmaine chick tells me that you honoured some transactions for me without cash. I disagreed and asked her to prove it, needless to say that she couldn't. Instead she put me on hold and i am still holding as i am busy typing this response. I can tell you for free that I have been charged double in this account previously then i decided to shift my funds to my CAPITEC account where funds dont disappear. I am now back to FNB and I am getting some funny R99 payments which I did not authorise and now you are blatantly defrauding me. FNB you seem to think that you are doing us favors by banking with you, catch a ****ing wake up you are not. You are a service provider and I pay you for it. This matter will be forwarded to the banking ombudsman. I would actually appreciate a full audit of my account so that the bank and the Merchants could be held responsible.
