Not providing a receipt OR warranty

I found GBS on www.gumtree.co.za selling solar panels, inverters and batteries. Trading under RSA Solar Energy & Electronics est. 1999 I requested the receipt from Peter (Hasting Salanje) after I purchased the system from them, provided the with their quotation which they requested again as they "could not" find it on their system and provided them with the proof of payments made to them. Initially they provided me with 9 x 330W solar panels, 1 x 10kVA hybrid inverter and 12 x 150Ah batteries which was faulty. The system is a 48V system, 2 x 12V panels are connected in series to add to a 48V system - meaning 9 panel would result in one to many, so we added 3 more panels, tested the batteries, I even agreed to take batteries that is were tested indicating a "health" of 90% just to complete the deal. The initial provided batteries (150Ah batteries tested at 50%) I purchased from them; 12 x 330W Canadian solar panels, 1 x 10KVA (6kW) hybrid inverter and 20 x 100Ah CSB batteries. I was promised 10 years warranty on the solar panels, 3 years on the inverter and 2 years on the batteries. ONCE THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE After nearly 2 months, numerous false promises, countless phone calls they still did not forward the receipt for the purchased goods and warranty that was agreed upon before purchase and as advertised and promised. Once Peter received the monies there was no talk anymore of the warranties. As mentioned, Peter would say "I am sending it as we speak", "I am sending it now". I am still waiting for the receipt and warranty. I can not complete MY money transactions without the receipt and warranties! I paid a total of R73,900 for the mentioned items and installation that was done half, once they received their money, they told me that I should pay extra to complete the installation. Do not do business with this company. I require my receipt and warranties as soon as possible. Can somebody please advise in action on this?
