Administrator's and court clerks taking advantage of poor people.
I have been paying this amount of R700 from April 2009 until Mr Moodley (Administrator) sent a garnishing order to my employer from August 2010 instructed my company to be paid directly. He has sent a amount of R57916.85. I did contact the administrator requesting for a balance statement and i was told by him to set up an appointment to work something out. i did contact his office several times and i was always told the same thing. I recently contacted my salary department requesting a statement for the garnishing order and i received a statement of an amount R61315,83 still owing. If you can calculate i have paid over R60000 till present. And not 1 account of mine is closed. I would like people to know that this company is a fraud. I had a friend who was dealing with Mr Moodley for over 10 years and Mr Moodley told him that all his accounts are paid. But recently i received a phone from my friend stating that he's receiving phone calls from the creditors regarding payments. I feel this man is extorting money from poor people. Also they have connections at the courts which are working side by side with these administrator's ( clerks of the court) who are making money of poor people like us.
