Worst customer service ever!!
I made number plates at Barksole N1 City. The guy didn’t ask me any measurements, I’ve just turned around and point to the one I want in a distanve. On collection I’ve realized that the wrong size was made.... I spoke to the owner Debbie where she said I’ve specifically went up to the size I wanted and pointed to it where I know I only turned around and pointed. After Debbie said she will send me the footage she called me back after 10 minutes to tell me she is not going to send me the footage anymore..... so what does that telling me!!!

Manager and worker bad customer service and rude
Ive purchased bedding from Kolnicks on Saterday just before they closing for the day. The afternoon my bed was delivered and was bigger than ordered. Ive phoned Kolnicks on Monday morning to ask if I can please swop it because the bedding that Ive purchased on Sayerday is to small. After saying yes and 'spoke' to the manager they agreed that I can exchange it. When I got there the lady that I spoke to is on lunch and the manager said sorry I cant exhanged it because it looks washed fter Ive explain that it got wrinkeled in the bag and it wasn't washed. After the lady apparently spoke to the manager and she said its ok. Ive paid R880 for my new bedding thats a waist,it doesnt fit on my new bed.
