Padstal has the worst Supervisor, FELICIA

My husband and I had a lovely evening with friens until the supervisor of Padstal, Felicia, treated us in a very unprofessional manner. We complained about our wine that tasted like it was mixed with water, after that they took the wine back and we ordered a bottle. When the bill came they charged us for the wine, that clearly wasn't wine. We called the supervisor and she came to us and was rude from the get go. She said we have no option but to pay for the wine and she left without saying anything else. We paid, but Padstal will never see us again. The food we ate was disgusting and so were the drinks. Please have a relook at who you hire as your supervisor, Padstal! Bye Felicia
