Their customer service is appalling. Total lack of communication and little to no email response. My fridge was collected in July. It is more than 2 months later and hopefully it will be delivered today but I have been promised this a few times already so who knows! I paid for the repairs in July so I am not a bad paying customer. I would have been understanding had they kept in contact and told me what the hold up was but NOT A WORD from them. I am a patient person but this is just ridiculous. I will never use them again and will certainly not recommend their services. In fact I will go as far as telling people not to use them should it come up in conversation.
