Lost my parcel, no feedback, emails are being ignored. They don't accept liability, not even an apology. Very poor service!!!

Very poor service
Bought a patio set and gas braai at Builders Fourways on a Sunday. Requested for delivery the following Saturday. Following Saturday came, no one delivered. No knew of the delivery. Went to the store to complain the following Sunday. Was assured that delivery will be done the Sunday. Driver pitched up alone, I had to help the driver carry the heavy items up the stairs. Very poor service indeed.
