I claimed a funeral benefit of R20000 only to be paid R16000. My premiums incease from September 2021 and in November 2021. Only to be told clientel the new underwriter sent communication in January seeking mandate from me . Now that im claiming they tell a lot of stories. Was assisted by Ntsoaki M and Madelene Maraz. Very unprofessional. Can someone help me with Ambuds contact numbers please.
on the 20th of September 2017 some City of Cape Town workers came to my house at No 41 Makana Square Langa in Cape Town. They fixed a water meter and left saying the water will be back in 10 minutes. The water never came back and to day is the 22 of September way over 24 hours. Every time we call we are given a reference number but no one comes to fix the mess they have made. Their service is very poor. A family of 10 is without water, how are we supposed to cook, use toilets and wash. Why must my family suffer because of their carelessness.
