I am not happy with skyfibre link of which they are contracted to you to my understanding. Their accounts department manager Tian fourie is one rude person who cares less about what customers are complaining about and he does not even give a effort to ensure that he explains to customers of any processes. Today on the phone call with he it felt like he was mocking and disrespectful to me as l customer . I want the phone records and l want to take this matter further to consumer protection act . I am tired know of this fibre
The call centre agent called me to explain about vouchers and dis count . l did not agree to anything. Then last night l receive a sms saying they will debit my account for what they sold me . l am not happy at all.
