0/10, would not recommend
Received my order today and it was correct, however I had send a horrible message to the sales rep or whoever does the orders just to get my reference number. Communication regarding whether the order was received/placed was vague. Even though I received my order and it was correct, I will not be placing an order with this online store again. I will rather pay a little extra and receive better communication regarding the progress of my order.

Discrimination against white people
I will no longer be supporting Dischem. Not as long as they are openly discriminating against white people. As someone who has been looking for work more than 3 months and learning that Dischem will not be appointing me due to my race, I will NOT be supporting them. I will find another pharmacy to buy my medication. May God be with you, because you will need it.

Slow
Dischem was extremely slow in processing my order today. Why would I place an order today to only collect it the following day? Also, where else do you want me to get the original script for my meds if I already received it from my doctor via E-Mail this morning?

Rude financial department
Yesterday i had to go to the doctor's I was not feeling well at all. The one receptionist called me and asked me to go to the financial department. The lady at the finance department informed me that we have outstanding payments which was fine but then she said we are ignoring they're sms's. Which ****ed me off and since i wasn't feeling very fantastic i was even more ****ed off. When I complained to the receptionist, she just said that is what they assume if they don't get a response from you which I personally think is rude. I personally think this is they're way of getting you to pay the bill, by being rude to you and telling you are ignoring theyre sms's, so you can pay the bill.
