Service is slow and staff don’t pay attention - avo on dry toast was hard to eat and the basket of chips turned out to be crisps!! Waffle breakfast I ordered with soft fried egg and it came with scrambled- waiters excuse was “ I told the kitchen!” Had to bolt it down or miss a flight - 30 minutes is excessive for fast food outlet at an airport
On 27 November 2017 I saw an advert on my Facebook timeline for a camera bag from Be Fantastik. The testimonials they allegedly received were glowing and I ordered and paid with delivery stated to be within "5 to 14 days" it's now mid January and no sign of delivery nor notification of when it was or is, due to be dispatched. No response to my emailed enquiry this week - have to wonder if this is another scam. Can't find any other complaints on Hellopeter so maybe that's a good sign?
I need to cancel a hotel booking made for 2 nights 29th and 30th September 2017 (itinerary number ********** 625934). Being out of town last week I tried to do this on my cell phone and iPad and could not a "cancel" button on the mobile version of the website. Returning home I tried on my laptop and there is such a button! I proceeded to fill in all the details and when I clicked on "Submit" it conveniently (for Expedia) does not work! To add insult to injury I am informed as I am cancelling after 22nd September there is a 50% cancellation fee. I have had similar experience with other websites particularly ones which have an "unsubscribe" feature - often don't work either. I cant use this booking agency again. I will lodge a dispute through Amex and get my money back that way.
