Incomplete job, poor quality service, dishonest.

I originally contacted Johan for a quote for landscaping, he then told me that he does paving too. I got him to pave the back of my house as well as a portion of my garden. Literally the day after it was completed the grouting started washing away. Johan came back to check and told me he had tried a new grouting and he mixed it on incorrectly. He told me he would dig up all that grouting and do it properly. He then dropped one guy back off at my house who dug up some of the old grouting and started to redo it. After it rained the grouting started chipping and coming out again. I swept up a carrier bag full of chipped pieces and asked Johan to come back again. Johan met with my husband and I again after that and said he has now consulted with a guy who has done paving for years and he realizes where his error was and he will fix it. He then proceeded to once again drop off one guy at my house who dug up some areas and attempted to fix the grouting. After a third failed attempt (and being paid by myself in full because I had believed the job was completed the first time) Johan left my gate key on top of my garden wall (even though he had always left it in my mailbox) and just didn't come back. I then had to get a registered company to come and fix the grouting at my own expense. Johan said he would pay half of that because he refuses to pay for someone else's profit. He never paid anything.
