Extremely frustrated with the service

My company has had an ongoing issue with Right click media. Months ago we requested a transfer of domain, and have been requesting it since. When we call their office, Sharmaine is hardly ever available to talk, when we demand her help with our request, she sends us and email with the transfer details but never actually does the transfer!!!! It is almost 9 months later and now Right click media is refusing to help us with our website. Having paid for their services, I think it is absolutely disgusting!!! Right click media is costing our business and putting us at a disadvantage because they simply don't want to work with us anymore.
