I go to planet fitness Sandton Gate. I came in on Tuesday afternoon to the gym and told Colin at reception that my tag may not work because I paid using the link and planet fitness was having problems with payments made on the link( I was told this by a call centre consultant). Colin did not respond to what I had said to him so I asked him if he had heard me to which he rep**** in an aggressive manner “yes I’m busy with your profile” I was taken aback. I have never had any problems with front desk consultants at Sandton gate and I’ve been there for almost two years now, in fact planet fitness usually has the friendliest of employees until now that is… I was so shocked. He then continued to say, and I quote “I don’t want to fight with you” and “I don’t want to Bull**** you, but you may have to pay again”… I couldn’t believe an employee would ever address a member in this manner as if he were talking to his peers and the appalling profanity used. As you can imagine I went off at him and ask to be assisted by someone else cause clearly he wasn’t up to it and that I wanted to speak to the club manager to which he rep**** “well I am the manger on duty” ( he ****), the REAL manager on duty came out( his name was Ike) and managed to de escalate the situation and explained to me that the clubs were in fact experiencing problems with the link and that I wasn’t the first client to complain. It’s so sad that Planet fitness could hire such a vile person to work at the front desk out of all places, he obviously didn’t care to assist, used inappropriate language and then still continued to stand on the side and bicker about me with his colleagues whilst Ike was assisting me. I could literally hear the whispering and him and his colleagues( blonde lady) staring at me, I’m still shocked that I received such treatment from planet fitness “signature” . I doubt I’ll be coming to Sandton gate again, because i will not stand to see Colin at the front desk and potentially have another altercation. This is such a shame, as my husband and I were so comfortable with Sandton gate until that incident!. Please check your staff planet fitness, this is unacceptable!
Utterly disgusting group of telecom employees. The worst service ever experienced!. If you do not like your job why not just leave???, instead of projecting your distasteful behaviour on paying customers. We are definitely terminating our contract with them. Their Wi-Fi never works and they have zero service experience. I would advise anyone to NOT even consider going on Vox. Pure utter garbage.
Travelstart has the worse customer service we’ve experienced thus far. My husband made a booking and less than 24hrs before his flight we receive an email that the flight might be cancelled or reschuled( not confirmed) we called the airline to no avail..they were just as useless, we then tried to contact travel start and have received no response. What is the use of having “customer service agents” who provide no service????…this has been a terrible experience with both comair and travel start, I do not have recommend booking with them!
I ordered with Karibaa just yesterday, they VERY efficient in drawing up your order and accepting your money, but after that there is absolutely no follow up??. Unfortunately I’m only just now reading their poor reviews and them been scammers. I wish I had never purchased from them. I called, emailed, try to online chat and no replies. Luckily my husband works with CPA so I will not be letting this go. I won’t ever purchase or recommend very poor business practice
I had a similar experience to Sam. I order from online stores quite regularly and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was completely shocked that a brand could unapologetically give such bad service. I had to be the one to email them as a client and ask for a confirmation of order, and I was told by Cheryl Lamers( who was shockingly dreadful to deal with) that they had thousands of clients to tend to and I was not the only one they were dealing with. Absolutely shocking. I then asked for a refund as I did not want to deal with this brand and wanted to order elsewhere and she completely ignored my request and sent me a tracking number instead. Such such poor service. I do not personally recommend them and will never be purchasing from Absolute skin again. It was the first and definitely the last time. What an exhausting experience!
The most appauling service I've ever recieved!!!. No one should use this courier service, incompetent, and I still have not recieved my parcel, shocking
