We did not get approval for our previous offer, due the company we worked through at the time delayed our paperwork. First time we worked with OOBA and the service was excellent. Santmay is the best. Extremely helpful people and will definitely recommend them to anyone else.
Worst place ever. Avoid at all costs. Manager hiding in the office. We actually had to get the police to go there with us today. All lies. Delays for weeks, empty promises and now we find out they haven't even started the registration process.
This week we closed: 2 x Business Telkom Lines + ADSL lines. 1 x Personal ADSL line. Faults are logged, between 3 weeks to 4 months with the Telkom Testing service. When a technician is assigned, he simply close the fault every time without visiting or contacting the client. As Telkom have no customer service department, is there no where to complaint. They simply ask me to log a new fault again. CANNOT run a business that sits for 4 weeks without telkom line, based in Durban CBD area.
Business line, Durban CPD area, reported faulty October 2017. Technician eventually arrived first week of Feb. Walked in, said he is going to test and never came back + just closed the fault. Counting now 5 months with a no Telkom line on a Business contact. No joy through their call-centre.
Hi there. We run a business, constantly having issues with the ASDSL line that is down in CBD area. Waiting period for Telkom to assign the fault to a technician is every time 7 to 14 says after it was reported as faulty. Really, who can run a business for 14 days without internet?
