I was off on a slightly rocky start with Sikhona as was explained in my previous review, but as promised, I will now give an updated review and I've had absolutely no issues and the transfers from my online students in South Korea have been coming through with no problems at all. Sikhona has gone from a 4 to a 5-star rating in my books.
First time ever that I dealt with Sikhona as they happened to partner with the remittance company my South Korean customer chose to send me money in SA. The first transfer failed due to an error on my side, which they informed me of and I was able to resolve it. Then the second attempt was successful, with very little delay. Two things Sikhona could improve on and why I didn't rate a 5-star: I uploaded the required documents after the first email and an hour later they requested the same document. The phone call to me was hardly 20 seconds long and I happened to not be near my phone at the time thus missing it. At least let it ring for longer than that to give the client some time to answer. I would be happy to give another review after seeing how the next transfer goes.
Had the misfortune of dealing with this company as it happened to be the first number I could find online to get my garage door sorted out after a spring had popped out. After the cables and springs were replaced, we had two more incidents due to shoddy workmanship where a technician had to be sent out again. Bad attitudes and claiming that they never worked on the motor when it was clearly stated on the invoice that it included resetting the limit switch and servicing the motor. Avoid at all costs.
They were called to come out after one of the garage door springs had come loose. They replaced the cables and springs and charged me for general work on the motor as well as resetting the limit switch. 4 Days later, the garage door is problematic again. The same guy that worked on it comes out again and claims he didn't leave it in the current condition, insinuating that we had tampered with it. About another month goes by and then the door keeps on re-opening by itself. I contact the same company and with a snotty attitude, the one bloke is now telling me they never worked on the motor and only replaced the cables and springs. They sent out another technician who then sorted it out. Very poor customer service and workmanship.
Best service ever!! Constant communication and updates and they even arranged to meet up with my girlfriend where she happened to be at the time and deliver the flowers to her then and there. I am over the moon and will refer everyone to Hatfield Flower. Thank you Livia and team.
I have been sending the necessary documents in order for my repayments to be frozen on my vehicle due to retrenchment since 11 Aug. After emails, written notifications and phone calls between myself and Masentle Sekano and my previous employer confirming that Nedbank had been in contact with them to confirm my retrenchment date, my repayments have not been frozen up to date and my cheque account is now in overdraft. I've emailed written instructions twice to indicate which months the payments had to be frozen and still nothing has been processed for these repayments to be frozen for 2 months.
