Bought a pizza and wings earlier today. On my fifth slice of pizza we discovered a string of hair on the pizza. Tried to pull it out but it was evident that the hair was mixed and baked in the pizza. I contacted the store and told them about the issue. I was told that their stuff wears head wraps and mop caps. I did not dispute their stuff wears head wraps and all but was merely saying that I understand mistakes happen. I asked them what are they going to do to show they take accountability for their mistake. I was told that because you already ate half the pizza we can only compensate you with your next purchase, we will add some extra veggies. I was like tell me you joking???? I found hair in your pizza and all you could say is sorry and you would just add veggies in my next purchase. I then refused and still said that your suggestion doesn't quantify the value of finding hair in the food that was prepared in your store. I was told that if I found the hair with the first slice of pizza it would be better and they would send their driver to fetch the pizza with hair and give me a new baked pizza, but I already ate the pizza and so they are not liable to compensate even with a small pizza to make up for the other half off the pizza that I have thrown out because I suddenly did not trust the food did not have more strings of hair. Basically I was made to feel that I am lying about the hair in the pizza because they trust their stuff and such mistakes would never happen and also you need to do quality check before you eat your food for any discrepancy if not it it's on you. Pizza Perfect Welkom (Flamingo) will not being taking accountability for any bad service or unhygienic food. Honestly buy at your risk. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
