Professional courtesy
I stood a line for 30 minutes to deposit money at the ATM .I don't have a problem with waiting but having to wait 30 minutes only to find out I can't make deposits at the ATM when I'm at the ATM is what got me annoyed a simple printing of a paper saying deposits unavailable would have helped further more I had to waste another 20 minutes to do deposits inside because there was ofcourse another line.this happened at the capitec in bizana main Street. The consultant at the door didn't even do anything after informing him. Time for me is most valuable.

Fantastic service all round
Today i received concrete from these guys, they were right on time,the driver's were more than friendly and professional. A job very well done. Elvis,raheem and the front desk lady you guys are awesome. "Nangenye imini"

Unnecessary waist of time
Ive just spent the past 20 minutes in line at the kfc in bizana waiting to buy crushes only to find out when i get to the till the machine doesn't work.Those big displays you have in shops should also be used to inform us as customers what you dont have and when machines are out of order. It will save us the time.

Payback the money
On the first off September i withdrew money at a capitec atm in bizana but it came out short luckily for me someone who who at capitec had just help a person infront of me so she was still present when i was doing my withdrawal.she helped me log a call for my problem and they were able to pick it up on the system that the atm did disperse and amount smaller than what i was billed for. I was told someone would call me and no one ever did.ive had to go to the bank numerous times but still i haven't seen refunded my money and now the trips there have cost me more the what im owed.
